What are the shipping costs?
Tracked shipping is free for all orders! All taxes and import duties are already paid.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 5–10 calendar days for Australia and 5-12 calendar days for international orders, depending on the items and destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. However, for defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Where do your products come from?
Our lightsabers are fulfilled by trusted external partners and are usually shipped directly from trusted partner facilities in China (TXQSabers). Packaging may differ slightly from what you're used to, but quality is always guaranteed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or email info@lukesforge.com.
